I helped promote a show of new work by recent Emily Carr University arts grads. The show is called "What have you been up to lately?" and I collaborated with the curator, Zarah Ackerman, to come up with a unique and low-cost way of producing promotional materials. We used flyers from old shows at other galleries around town and covered them in vinyl lettering (free access to a vinyl printer). This references the fact that emerging artists often fill their time looking at the work of established artists. The uneven photocopy on the reverse side brings in the dirty industrial quality of the exhibition space that this show took place in.
